Daniel Chafetz

I the founder and owner of Desert Sage Behavioral Health PLC. I was born and raised in NYC and moved to Tucson in 1980 and have lived in this community ever since, with Ruben, my partner of 44 years. My mother, 97 years old, lives with us, and so do our 14 year old cat MewMew and our kitten Indigo who goes to work with me every day. I have been a Psych/MH Nurse Practitioner for 22 years. At Desert Sage, a Nurse Practioner run clinic, we offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, long acting injectable meds, including antipsychotics, migraine meds, and Vivitrol for alcohol and opioid use disorder. We also offer IM Ketamine treatment and Spravato treatment for depression/PTSD. In addition, we offer Neurostar TMS in clinic. We are open M,T, F, Sat, and Sun 8am to 8pm and limited hours on W and Th.
