And we are thrilled to host Gary & Dan Ross\, owners of Mobility Plus Tucson and veterans who were instrumental fighting for equality in the military. When Navy Lt. Gary Ross and his partner Dan were married at the first possible moment after the formal repeal of the military's "Don't Ask\, Don't Tell" policy\, making them the first legally married same-sex couple in the military. Unfortunately\, then Gary stopped getting promoted at Fort Huachuca\, which he wasn't going to stand for. Come hear the story of how Gary and Dan stood up for love and justice and won.
