We’ll have a panel of speakers to talk about how to honor yourself physically and mentally/emotionally (spoiler alert: we’ll be talking about having boundaries!), and we’ll provide a 1-pager of technology resources to help everyone in their self-love missions. Adrienne Asta with Center 4 Self Care and Stephanie Rising with The Rising Effect both have tremendous wisdom they’re happy to lend us. Join us!
