ONE Community provides grant funded training as part of the AZ Navigator team which is working together across Arizona to improve quality and access to small business support services. From startups to established businesses, our team of experts can help stabilize, reinvent, or scale your company.
After more than a decade of work with Arizona’s business community, ONE Community understands that every organization can only benefit from embracing diversity and inclusiveness. In fact, we believe it is a necessity to go beyond simply following the letter of the law. You must develop an internal and external culture, becoming truly competent in LGBTQ+ inclusive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in order to recruit top talent and stay competitive. That's why we developed ONE Community Institute.
