Mr. Wayne Wheeler
I am the Grants and Nonprofits Librarian for the Pima County Public Library system, based at the Joel D Valdez Main Library in downtown Tucson.  I was born and raised in Tucson and after having lived in Scranton, Pennsylvania for 18 years, returned to Southern Arizona in 2011.  I have been a professional Librarian since 1989.
